Carrot Cake Revised

I just realized that when I made the carrot cake recipe that I posted previously, I made it with mostly whole wheat flour and only about half the oil (I substituted applesauce for the rest) and it was still awesomely delicious and moist. I also added raisins for some extra yum! Just thought you might want to know that you can "healthify" it and it will still be AMAZING carrot cake!
